We recommend UPS Ground option, as it is roughly the same cost as USPS, but items will arrive much sooner than with USPS Parcel Post.

Satisfaction! If for any reason you are not satisfied, let us know. Once we
receive the claim we will suggest a solution right away. We do not refund the
shipping and handling charge in the event of a refused item, however we will if
the item is defective or damaged.
NOTE: We will replace any merchandise that has been received with a
manufacturer defect ONLY. We require that defective merchandise be sent back to us at PO Box 3025, Douglas, Georgia, 31534. Once items are received, we will replace at no charge to you. We require that an RMA be issued before returning the merchandise, simply contact us via email, mail, or phone for an rma.
